介紹：本產品具有超強粘力，在靜電成像技術的數碼印刷覆膜應用上，複合效果比一般覆膜有明顯增強，是專用於數碼印刷品的覆膜材料，使用於採用電子油墨的數碼列印機械輸出印刷品上覆膜，如施樂DC系列， XEROX DocuColor 8000/5000、IGEN 3， HP Indigo系列，IndigoPress 7000， CANON品牌等。
Digital thermal laminatiom film,which is high adhesion and more stick on ditital oaminating,specially use for digital preinting materials.
It issuit for the digital printer using electro ind,XEROX DC series,HP Indigo series,CANON digital printer,and so on,for example,XEROX DocuColor 8000/5000 and HP Indigo Press 7000.

二、使用參數
覆膜設備：幹式、濕式覆膜機
熱輥溫度：一般印刷品：85~100℃
特殊印刷品：100~110℃

備註：特殊印刷品是指油墨厚度、色澤深、水份重、紙張定量大的印刷品。

三、產品應用 PRODUCT APPLICATION
應用範圍：高檔印刷品、戶外廣告畫、不乾膠、標籤、電纜、電子產品等。
四、使用指引：
1． 請根據不同紙張及油墨情況調整壓輥壓力和熱輥溫度。
2． 如果第一次使用本產品，或更改印刷材料，工藝條件等，建議先做小批量試驗，在決定大批量使用。
3． 下列情況，有可能影響覆膜效果：
a. 使用金屬油墨
b. 油墨中含有過量的石蠟、乾燥油、去粘劑、矽類添加劑等
c. 油墨層過厚
d. 油墨未完全幹透
e. 紙張濕度大
f. 噴粉過量
Application manual:
1． Adjust rller pressure and temperature according to different types of paper and ink.
2． When using the film for the first tiome or changing to orher sizes. We recommend a small trial volume before going into fully mass lamination.
3． The following situation will affect the quality of the film during lamination.
a. When using metal ink
b. When the ink contains too much wax, dried oil, adhesive, and silicon additive. etc.
c. When the ink is too thick
d. When the ink is not completely dry
e. When the paper contains too much moisture
f. When there is too much powder
五、適用：數碼預塗膜和紙張印刷品的複合只需熱壓即可，適合於各類有熱壓功能的覆膜機、複合機、塑封機。即塗膠式複合工藝的橋式組合覆膜機不需作任何改動，完全可用數碼預塗膜覆膜。
